Center Stage
Review entertainer check-ins without mixing public and private work
Profiles and venue discovery happen in the public-facing Center Stage product. Session approval and the active venue roster belong to the private Club Command workspace.
Audience: Venue managers authorized to review entertainer sessions.

Procedure
Open the private venue console
In the authenticated Club Command workspace, the Center Stage management console separates Check-ins, Active Roster, Checkouts, Exceptions, and History. The public overview and the separate Center Stage account application are not this operational console.
Review pending check-ins
Check the pending request in the correct venue and use the authorized manager approval or rejection workflow. Approval-time house-fee rules belong to the approved session; a later time correction is not permission to silently choose a different fee rule.
Monitor the active roster and checkout requests
Use Active Roster for current approved sessions and Checkouts for requests needing review. Do not infer approval from a public profile, a conversation, or a proposed booking.
Resolve exceptions and review history
Use Exceptions for unresolved session issues and History for the venue's daily report and prior records. Keep corrections accountable and preserve private venue information inside authorized operational views.
Shift checklist
- Confirm you are in the correct private venue workspace.
- Review the pending request before approving it.
- Check the active approved roster.
- Review checkout requests and unresolved exceptions.
- Consult history without publishing private session details.
Boundaries
- Public Center Stage profiles, discovery, auditions, and messaging are separate from private venue operations.
- A booking conversation does not guarantee work or authorize a private operational session.
- Do not publish entertainer identities, fee records, session history, or private messages as marketing evidence.
