DJ Connect
Keep the DJ queue and stage handoff understandable
The booth needs a readable current queue and an accountable stage handoff. Separate operational queue controls from music-library preparation and public-network concepts.
Audience: Authorized DJs and venue staff assigned booth or rotation access.

Procedure
Review the current stage queue
The DJ workflow includes an up-next rotation and a rotation history. Review the queue and the available check-in context before adding someone. An entertainer already queued should not be added again simply because a request arrives twice.
Confirm the next handoff
Confirm who is ready and the current operational status before using the controls available in your booth view. Hold and advance in the public Live Rotation demonstration are fictional sample actions, not live commands to a venue.
Record queue outcomes and review the history
In the stage rotation, On records that the entertainer went on stage and No records a no-show. Cancel removes an item without logging an outcome. Review rotation history after resolving the item. These queue outcomes are not a guarantee of stage duration or performance completion. Keep private venue status out of public network conversations.
Prepare music separately and confirm rights
Music Library and the manual set list are separate from the stage rotation. A library entry, provider login, or consumer subscription does not establish business or public-performance rights. Confirm the venue's licensed music arrangements before playback.
